Your cake will be most delicious if you leave it out at room temperature to soften at least 45 minutes before you eat it. It is best to keep your cake in the fridge until your event as well as between bites and our buttercream cakes and fillings generally last 2-3 days in the fridge. Cupcakes are best consumed within 2 days when refrigerated.

Please remember to keep your cake out of direct sunlight/heat and adjust softening times according to the temperature of your space.

Toppings such as fresh/dried flowers and fondant will be best collected on the day they will be served as these components are more delicate and do not manage prolonged refrigeration in their original state.

Absolutely! We would love to dream up the custom cake of your dreams for all of life's special occasions. Please contact us with the date of your event, inspo pics and serves required and we will go from there!

As we are a small business, it's best to book your cake and date with as much time in advance is possible to avoid missing out. For our cake shop orders, we require orders 7 days in advance. If you require something at short notice, please contact us and we will assist where we can.

They certainly are! We have designed our business to cater for those requiring a gluten free, coeliac safe celebration option. We screen every ingredient (even when we have ordered it before), to ensure nil gluten or wheat, including the exclusion of 'may contain' as per the Coeliac Australia guidelines.

We ensure nil cross contamination by eliminating gluten from our kitchen, and cooking in a gluten-free only oven.

We offer limited delivery for $15 per cake on Saturdays only between 10am-12pm to the following suburbs:
Adamstown 2289, Adamstown Heights 2289, Bar Beach 2300, Broadmeadow 2292, Georgetown 2298, Hamilton 2303, Hamilton East 2303, Hamilton North 2292, Hamilton South 2303, Islington 2296, Lambton 2299, Maryville 2293, Mayfield 2304, Mayfield East 2304, Merewether 2291, Merewether Heights 2291, New Lambton 2305, Newcastle 2300, Newcastle East 2300, Newcastle West 2302, The Hill 2300, The Junction 2291, Tighes Hill 2297, Waratah 2298, and Wickham 2293.

If you are choosing delivery, it is very important you are home to receive your order during the aforementioned time slot as we cannot be held responsible for a melted cake. If we are unable to hand the cake to you for proper care, we will return the cake to our address and await contact via email from you to arrange when you will be collecting your cake. Delivery fee in this instance would be forfeited. Our cakes cannot be remade if the delivery/collection times are altered on the day.

Our business is operated from New Lambton, 2305. Due to our business being home-based, we will provide our address 24 hours from your booked collection time.

Our collection days and times are limited so please you have thoughtfully selected date and times according to our available slots.

If your desired date is not showing, it is likely we are at capacity for that date or order cut off has passed. This is so we can make sure we can provide high quality cakes to our customers, with each ensuring the time and care they deserve.
