Online Shop Orders

• Payment & Cancellation: All online orders are paid in full at the time of purchase. If you cancel, we'll retain a 25% cancellation fee of the total order value. This fee may be waived for extreme, unavoidable circumstances.

• Credit Option: Alternatively, you may apply the remaining balance as a credit toward a future order, subject to a $25 administration fee.

Deposits & Date Changes

• Booking Deposits: Deposits secure your order date (for custom cakes) and are non-refundable.

• Date Changes: With at least 7 days' notice, your deposit can be credited to a new booking date. A $25 administration fee will apply to process this change.

• Late Changes/Cancellations: If you cancel or request a date change with less than 7 days' notice, the full deposit is forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a new order, as ingredients and preparation may have already begun.
