Flossy is our fun filled party cake. She might be styled to appeal to a younger audience, but I can guarantee she will be enjoyed by all ages. 100% gluten free and coeliac safe for the cake lover. Our cakes feature premium ingredients, including Callebaut chocolate, high-quality Dutch processed cocoa, free-range eggs, and Ogran gluten-free plain flour (used in the majority of our recipes).

Choose from one of colour choices to make it just right for your loved one.

Gluten free fairy floss comes with all Flossy cakes and comes in a mix of blue/pink/white arranged to suit your cake. The floss will be packaged seperately to your cake for placement on top of the cake at party/cake time to prevent the floss from moisture prior.

Candy floss can be replaced with custom writing on the top of the cake if desired.
